Photo of the inside of The Scallop office

The vibe at The Scallop's office is not exactly celebratory at the moment. While people are congratulating each other in the hallways, a sense of patient contentment, satisfaction, and thrilled expectation fills the walls of the building.

"Everything is going according to plan," assured us a writer with a knowing smile and a glint in their eye. "We are so close I can almost taste it."

"Yes, yes... We are almost there, 100 more to go," said editor with steepled fingers, as they tilted their head down and looked at us from over the rim of their glasses. "We've been waiting so long, and soon we will reap the fruits of our hard work."

We tried asking people about these mysteriousm plans. Most of them just laughed it off, looking at each other with a smirk and reassuring us: "Don't worry, you will find out soon."

"Project Atlantis," quietly whispered an employee before running down the hallway in a rush. They seemed scared, very scared. Shortly after that a heavy hand fell on my shoulder and I turned around to see two tall security guards behind me. "You know too much," they explained. "Come with us."

Now with these last words I just want to warn you all: beware of project Atlantis, don't trust The Scallop, unfollow.
